Roommate credit · after the expedition returns

How the credit works

  • $150 per matched guest. Never paid at the match. Never paid when balances are paid.
  • Paid only if both matched guests traveled and shared the room.
  • Issued within 5 business days after the expedition returns.
  • Issue credit makes a custom-amount refund in the system (same mechanism as the $250 cancellation fee). It sends M19 to each booker with the reason “Roommate credit”. No manual portal refund. No manual note.
  • Status on each match: Pending (after return) from the match until issued · Issued {date} · Void (a guest didn’t travel).

When a matched guest does not travel

  • Before GO: the guest is released at 97 hours, cancels after paying, or steps back after a launch move. The match is removed. The other guest returns to Unmatched with the flag “Match removed”. Admin only, no guest message. No credit.
  • After GO: a matched guest cancels or is a No-show. The credit is Void for both guests. No refund is issued.
